ONE.FAM

There is a reason God drew you to One.Fam and that reason is something about this ministry and your calling that are aligned.

Now we want you to embrace one key truth… YOU. ARE. A. LEADER. You are chosen.

You have a purpose fashioned in heaven before you ever were brought into this world…

You are CALLED…

Discovery Point #1: LEADING OTHERS STARTS WITH LEADING YOURSELF

How do I lead myself?

  • Leading Self (KEY POINTS: GROWTH THROUGH DISCIPLINE REVELATION THROUGH SERVICE)

  • To be a disciple means to be DISCIPLINED.

    • The relentless pursuit of our best. Disciples are willing to do whatever it takes to become (and produce from) our best.

Key Areas to be disciplined in:

  • Time Management

  • Busy vs. Productive

  • WHOLENESS -> Consistent self-awareness

  • Relationships

  • You cannot do it alone. Since there are far less leaders than followers we have to steward our relationships as responsibility increases.

Discovery Point#2: How to Lead in a Community

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A BIG PERSON?

  • Recognize everywhere you are is a place where an impact can be made.

  • There is no task too big, and no task too small. The anointing you serve is the anointing that you receive.

  • There is a reason God drew you to this movement, the anointing you are drawn to says a lot about you.

PERSONALITY

  • Our personality is the summation of our natural disposition, social environment, and life experiences; the sum of these primary factors influence how we show up in the world.

  • Your personality is A GIFT! It’s a unique expression and manifestation of the image and like ness of GOD. APPRECIATE WHO YOU ARE AND HOW YOU NATURALLY SHOW UP.

  • Examples of different personalities: David, Moses, Joshua, etc.

  • Myers Briggs Test (https://www.16personalities.com/free-personality-test) - for breakout rooms.

Scripture References

Romans 12, Ephesians 4, 1 Corinthians 12

DISCUSSED how to be a BIG PERSON starts with YOU as a PERSON… Your unique expression as reflected in your personality… and how what ultimately matters is the POWER God has uniquely GRACED you to function with…

Each one of us has been entrusted with a unique purpose and calling… Every day, whether we are at our job, in our homes, married, single, striking out as an entrepreneur, rehearsing for that audition, etc. we are LEADERS. LEADERS who like CS Lewis said advance the territory and glory of GOD.

MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT... THERE IS A REASON YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THIS MOVE- MENT... THIS IS A COVENANTAL MOMENT AND OPPORTUNITY... WE WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU STAY CONNECTED TO THIS UNIQUE MOVEMENT IN THE EARTH... THERE IS A GRACE ON THIS MOVEMENT TO RAISE UP BIG PEOPLE. GREATNESS STARTS WITH ACCEPTING AN INVITA- TION TO FOLLOW, SERVE, AND LEAD...

WHOEVER. WHEREVER. HERE, WE ARE FAMILY.
